Integrated Systems

Comprised of cellular or mesh RF connected evacuation and nurse call devices, and managed by our TCU and/or smartphone app

Integrated Systems - TCU + App Managed

Why Consider An Integrated System?

In a medical emergency, you don't want your teams to use evacuation sirens to raise the alarm. Likewise you don't want to confuse a medical emergency with an evacuation event. Time is of the essence and every second counts. That's why many businesses choose to have both types of devices so it's clear which is which.

Vanguard Wireless’ innovative evacuation and nurse call systems address traditional barriers to installing and using a safety alert system: they’re simple to install, simple to manage and simple to maintain – all by your own team.

Select What Works For You

We recognise that every business and work site is different which is why we've developed over ten products that we can use to build a system that's tailored to your needs. It's all about choice:

  • Select as many nurse call units, evacuation triggers, sirens and lights as you need
  • Select from mesh radio frequency or cellular connectivity
  • Select from battery operated or mains power
  • Select who receives SMS notifications
  • Select the volume of the sirens
  • Select TCU (touchscreen control unit) and/or smartphone app system management
  • Select who you set up as users, and their authorisations
  • Select to install the system on one site, then relocate it to another site after that

How It Works

Because our systems are wireless and ship semi assembled, all you need to do is unpack the devices, turn them on, then position them within range using easy to follow instructions. You don't need a specialist - you can install the system yourself in < two hours (depending on the size of the system). Our technicians are available to answer questions and troubleshoot issues at any time.

Using your TCU or smartphone app, you'll be able to name each device (for ease of reference), see which devices are connected, set up users, authorise evacuations, accept/decline nurse calls, set up notifications, run regular system tests, and view a report of all system activity.

We provide clear instructions and information sheets for staff onboarding.

Systems That Are Simple To Manage

  • Real time individual unit power and connectivity status updates
  • Single button alert triggers and cancellations
  • Two-way notifications
  • Event reporting
  • Optional smartphone app and SMS notifications

Underpinned By A World Class Operating System

Another point of difference when comparing our systems against others in the market is our operating system. The centralised management and maintenance control panel is what helps remove any speculation from system management.

Utilising the Touchscreen Control Unit (TCU) and optional smartphone app (iOS and Android) system managers can:

  • send push notifications to key personnel
  • monitor who Accepts/Declines to respond to a nurse call alert
  • quickly position new devices
  • monitor system events remotely
