Vanguard Wireless allows for anonymous reporting and will make every effort to protect the identity of the whistleblower. Reports can be made anonymously and will still receive full investigation and the same level of protection as named disclosures.

Protection Under Australian Legislation

Under the Australian Whistleblower Protection (including Fair Work Act and Corporations Act), individuals who report misconduct are legally protected from retaliation, discrimination, or disadvantage as a result of their disclosure. This includes protection of their identity and protection against legal action for making the disclosure.
